A Question

This is what my Search Terms thing on my Dashboard looks like:

drugs	18

recycle	7

celebrities getting high

Maybe I should start writing about something else.  Every day it’s mainly “drugs” and “kat von d.”  This is not the direction I wanted my blog to go in!  This is what I have become on the internet- drugs, Kat Von D, and Marilyn Monroe.  Oh well, I just hope the people searching for Kat Von Grease Crotch hate her as much as I do.  And I’m not a drug addict, I swear.  I don’t think drug addicts have blogs. 

My New Favorite Colorful Picture

Can I just take a minute to point out the newest application I have put on the side of my page?  It’s called Clustr Maps, and I just think it is the coolest thing.  It’s a map and tells you where your readers come from!  Not their street addresses or anything, just a red dot up in Nunavet, or London, or Vietnam, how cool! 

I don’t know if this is real, or if the program just generates random dots to make me feel worldly… but I love it.

Calling All Bloggers

I need help.  As I have mentioned in previous entries, I have only scratched the surface of the internet underworld.  I am looking for interesting blogs to read, but am coming up short.  I don’t know how to find what I’m looking for! 

So if you have any suggestions, I would really appreciate them.  Please share your favorite blogs with me so I can check them out and find some new reading material

Things I am not interested it:

Blogs that chronicle people’s illnesses and doctor’s visits, blogs about infertility or breastfeeding, blogs that just ramble on about text messages.  (This may sound weird, but these are they types of blogs I keep stumbling upon!  And they’re annoying!)

Things I would love to find:

Blogs about conspiracies, blogs containing interesting political and/ or cultural information, music blogs, art blogs, funny blogs (not just funny YouTube videos), rants, and inspirational/ spiritual blogs.

So, in the meantime I will be searching on my own, but if anyone has any suggestions or would care to share their favorite blogs with me I would greatly appreciate it!

Courtney Love + Blog…. oh how I wish I could read more, unfortunately only her “friends” can read her entries.  Obviously her friends, who else would post this under the title “Why Celebrities Shouldn’t Blog.”  Thank you, friend.  And when did Courtney Love become a celebrity?  I just thought she killed Kurt Cobain.  What else does she do?
