Why is Mitt Romney Mad at Me?

Has anyone else noticed that Mitt Romney is mean?  All the debates and interviews I see him in leave me with the uneasy feeling that he’s someday going to go off and backhand somebody.

Now I don’t really have any feelings about him as a candidate, I’m not voting for him but I’m not going to say I hate him either (like I hate McCain, Guiliani, and Huckabee), and I still listen to what he has to say.  Whenever he talks though, he takes on the tone of someone who is about to fly off the handle!  Whenever he starts to answer a question I cower like a dog who gets hit a lot, just waiting for his anger to escalate into a full blown slap.

I don’t know if anyone caught Nightline last night, but it was the same thing.  He was mean!  The interviewer would ask him a question and almost every time he would either angrily say he wasn’t going to answer her question, or defensively provide and explanation to various issues and/or accomplishments.  Good for you for lowering insurance costs in Massachussetts Mitt-Man, I would cut my fees too if I had you encouraging me to do so through clenched teeth!  Relax man, we don’t hate you- we’re just asking you questions!  I’m sorry!

But I just think that his tone is probably really bad for his campaign, if I was supporting him and then saw him up there white-knuckling his podium during debates and saw his eyes turning black as he ground his teeth while being interviewed I would perhaps look into some other candidates.  I don’t want a President who is going to get mad at me for asking him a question, eventually turning his head around 360 degrees!

Mitt- if you’re reading this (oh and I’m sure you are) just calm down and work on your tone.  What are you so angry about!?

More Politics

I’m really avoiding becoming one of those political ranters and ravers, but it’s difficult when so many creepy people are running for President.  It’s no secret that I support Ron Paul, I really do trust a candidate who feels legally and morally bound by the constitution- something that should be a given but unfortunately has gone by the wayside for most of Paul’s opponents.

I also don’t want to get into bashing everyone other than Ron Paul, I think that is an immature way to discuss politics.  Although it may also be public knowledge that I think Giuliani is a snake/coward- the only way I choose to express this is to hide the Giuliani Calendars at Border’s book stores (immature? I know.)- And I also don’t like Mike Huckabee because he signed some thing a few years back about marriage and in there somewhere was a line about women being subservient to their husbands, which I think is a steaming crock of shit, and tell my husband so daily… but really I can look past all that, I can listen to what Huckabee has to say at the little debates, and I kind of like his last name… it conjurs up images of sitting on porches licking honey off a banjo or something… but what I CANNOT tolerate is the following article, I’m assuming it’s true- just like everything on the internet, and it makes me sick, and if this man’s kids really did this to a dog then I’m no longer playing nice, animal abuse makes me want to puke, especially when directed towards dogs, and he should be immediately disqualified from the Presidential race if the following article is true:

Huckabee son brutally killed dog

One more thing:  SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE PEOPLE!!  I don’t want some Minister turning the country into a congregation- keep your fucking religious beliefs OUT of your politics, or at least act like you do.  I might also mention that I am not a religion-hater, so before you start sending me your creepy assed religious articles just know that.  I respect religion but I also respect the law of the land that was laid out when the country was formed, No religion in politics.

This is a Lie

Lie

I do not believe that the majority of the United States wants to bomb Iran.  I also don’t believe that Giulliani is the second favorite presidential candidate.

We are stupid, but we’re not THAT stupid.  There is no way we would want to make the same mistake in Iran like we did in Iraq, and these polls are obviously false and doctored to fit the current political agenda.  I’m serious.

Why Ron Paul is Awesome

Ron Paul is probably the most honest and intelligent presidential candidate.  He actually sticks to his opinions!  He doesn’t change depending on what other people think-  he is also honest, and is not willing to go along with all the sneaky crap the government is getting away with.

1.  He voted No for the war, and agrees that we were lied to

2.  He doesn’t want to raise taxes, and doesn’t think income tax is Constitutional (it’s not- look it up)

3.  Does not support our involvement with NAFTA

4.  Wants Grandma and Grandpa to get the Social Security they deserve and earned

5.  Is Pro-Liberty (not the anti-terrorist kind, the real kind) and Privacy- voted NO on the Patriot Act.

Seriously, go look at his website:

http://www.ronpaul2008.com/issues/

This guy is the one politician who is questioning the behavior of our current dictators!  He is suspicious of the Federal Reserve (which is not a government organization- it is privatized, and charges us interest for our OWN money- that’s where your income tax goes) and is against the lying and brainwashing that is currently a widely accepted practice in our government.

He actually wants to follow the Constitution.  What a weird idea?  Follow the document that outlines how our country must be run (ran?)!!  What a novel idea.

Everyone needs to do some serious thinking, stop analyzing whether or not Hillary’s laugh was genuine, or why Obama isn’t wearing his flag pin on his lapel- are you serious?? That is what our news has to say about Presidential Candidates– are you happy with that information?  Are you willing to do some research and serious thinking before supporting one of these people?  If you do… if you really do…. I think Ron Paul is the obvious choice.

Ron Paul is asking the questions that the other runners are not interested in.  He’s interested in giving the system and update, and restoring it to what it SHOULD be, not just taking over the current mess and bending it in his favor.
